Your abs are yours. Lead them, and they will follow.

10-30 x 2 Lying leg raises
10-30 x 2 3-point crunches (center, left, and ride side = 1)
Push ups till failure
10-30 x 2 bicycle kicks (each leg)
10-30 x 2 hanging leg raises
Burpees till failure

Recover 30 seconds to 1 minute between sets.
