How do your workouts reflect your lifestyle?

Dynamic warm-up

3 x 20 meter slow bear crawl
Squats (bodyweight or sandbag) performed for time: 1-3 minute
30-60 seconds recovery
Repeat 3-6 times.

Run 1-3 miles
