Get ready for endurance by practising endurance. Don’t stress if you can’t run the full interval. Just keep moving forward.

Doing a Sprint? 1-hour run/jog.
Super? 2-hour run/jog/walk.
Beast-ing it? 3-hour run/jog/walk/crawl.
