Most often our conceptions of what is required for fitness stand in the way of our obtaining fitness. Less nonsense, more training – time to Spartan up.
Here’s one for the days when you don’t have a moment to spare and don’t have time for frills – a tried and true cardio/strength combo that hits all the major components of fitness.
Run 2-5 miles for time, followed by 30-100 burpees for time.
