How can you change up your daily routines and make them fitness routines?

Try running your errands – literally. Or hop on a bike instead of driving somewhere nearby.

Maybe you’ve been putting off housework? Do it – in a weight vest.

Be creative with the activities in your day, looking at them like a Spartan would.
