Stop asking how you can get fit and start doing burpees.

You’ll find the answer soon enough.

10-20 Burpees
10-20 Air squats
Run 400 meters
10-20 Lunges
5-10 Box Jumps
Bear Crawl 50 meters
Run 400 meters

Repeat 1-3 times

Intermediate and advanced athletes should run 2-3 miles before doing this routine.

Be sure to warm-up and cool-down.
