20 Box Jumps (Step-ups for those of us not gifted with vertical jumping skills.)
20 Push-ups Regular (Girlie, is okay, too.)
20 Body Weight Deep Squats
1/2 Mile Run with either a few steep hills or a few flights of stairs

Alyx is a personal trainer in Southern California. She has been a Street Team Member for over 2 years and is a Veteran of over a Dozen Spartan Races. She loves the competition, yet public friendly atmosphere the Spartan has to offer. One of her dreams is to do the Death Race in 2014 or 2015. Currently this year she is focusing on her upcoming wedding, a triple ultramarathon 216 miles in 3 days, and a Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim run, and two Spartan Races.
