Set a target mileage or time duration for your long aerobic workout this week, and then stick to it no matter what.
This could be a swim, bike, run, hike, or any activity, really, that continually keeps your heart rate elevated.
It doesn’t matter if you have to walk sometimes. Keep moving forward and you’ll get wherever you are going- come what may, and bad fortune to boot. Keep moving forward – inch by inch, race by race, year into year, and you can conquer anything.
