How long do you typically workout on a Saturday?

Maybe it’s time to go longer. Maybe it’s time to go harder. Don’t let routine hold you back.

Warm up:
Jump rope 10 minutes

Main Set:
Run 1 mile, 30 Burpees
Run 1 mile, 30 Jumping Lunges
Run 1 mile, 30 Bodyweight or Sandbag Squats
Run 1 mile, 3x 5 Pull ups

Cool Down:
Stretching
