Burpee Power 1/2 Hour

Pick a number from 1-10, and aim to perform that many burpees every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.

For example, executing 6 burpees every minute for 30 minutes will yield you 10 burpees. This is 30 minutes of your day well spent.
