How far have you pushed yourself so far? How far are you planning to go?

Warm-up:
25 jumping jacks
15 minute run, conversation pace

Main Set:
10 burpees
10 jumping lunges
5 pull-ups
10 body-weight squats

5 box jumps
Run 1/2 mile for time
(Repeated 1-3 times)

Cool Down:
Stretch
