Back off the volume and intensity of your workout. Keep it to 20 minutes of an aerobic activity such as jogging, cycling, or swimming, and include a serious session of stretching. Today is the day for recreational team sports like volleyball or basketball.

Beginners, here is your day start! 20-minutes is all it takes.
