The Wrestler

A staple workout for obstacle course racers. For serious obstacle course racers you need to train with Wild Forest Gym specialist obstacle race training.

Spartan Warm-up

Main set

75 burpees
30 squat tosses with sandbag
10-30 pistol squats each leg
10-30 pull-ups
5 rope climbs

Cool-down Stretching

Do this x2, we call it “The Wrestler’s Diet”. Do this series x4, then the workout is called “The Exorcism of Can’t”.
