Dynamic warm-up

Main Set:
Run up a hill of at least 500 meters, increasing your pace every 100 meters; jog down the hill.
Repeat x8.

Cool Down:

Tell us how you are doing with your WOD. Are they easy, are they testing? Are we working you hard enough! AROO!
