You will not do this workout without saying at least once that it is ridiculous!

Main Set:
2 minutes of burpees
800 meter run above lactic threshold
2 minutes of jump roping
800 meter run above lactic threshold
Recover 1-2 minutes.
Repeat

As always, be sure to warm-up and cool down.
