Dynamic warm-up
2 mile jog

Main set:
200 meter sprint
10-30 Jumping Jacks
10-20 Frankenstein Kicks
10-20 Lunges
200 meter sprint
10-30 Burpees
10-30 Mountain Climbers
10-30 Bicycle kicks
1 minute plank

Repeat 2-6 times

50 Sit-ups
