On a recovery day, sometimes a walk is the perfect recipe to be ready for your next hard workout, especially if you are coming down from high volume, weekend training.
Be sure to stretch and try to practice some yoga.
Without a day of the week to recharge from intense training, you are on the road to overtraining, burnout, and injury.
