Dynamic warm-up

2 mile jog

Pyramid Set Burpees w/ Pyramid Set V-ups

Start with 1 burpee then do 1 v-up. Then 2 burpees and 2 v-ups. Progress through 3,4,5… burpees with v-ups until you read 10, before backing down to 1.

Beginners do this to finish. Elites go for time.
