Sometimes after a hard weekend of racing, meditation — in any form — is a good idea. If you accelerate the intensity and durations of your workouts as the week progresses, Monday is a great day for recovery sessions, organization, visualization, and planning for the upcoming week.

Or, whoever said your workout for the day can’t be an extra hour of sleep? Maybe you need it? Stop over-training before its effects start to sink into your performance.
