“Big jobs usually go to the men who prove their ability to outgrow small ones.”
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

Do your labor intensive chores for the week tomorrow – clean out the garage, do yard work, etc. Don’t let these obligations interfere with training later this week.

The goal is to rest up, while staying active – all in an effort to give you more time for formal exercise training. Schedule yourself some time now.

Sometimes finding time is one of the biggest obstacles. Work at it just like another obstacle you have to tackle. Get creative.

Pre-order Spartan Up! – Written by Spartan Race Founder, Joe De Sena, his new book offers a life strategy that will change your frame of reference through which you see the world, and provide the tools needed to excel. De Sena breaks down race obstacles detailing how each parallels real life experiences. Conquer your will and eliminate limitations in 2014!
