This week is focused on your core. So its all about building your abs, obliques, spinal muscles. Strong physical core will bring with it strength on all other levels – emotional, psychophysical, intellectual, creative and spiritual! Wild Foresters your in for a great session.

Training Shoes

As the weather is beginning to warm up and the ground is starting to compact we are testing out new shoes which we hope will be more suitable for reducing the impact whilst still giving you good grip for muddy and slippery terrains.
