The week leading up to your race is an important part of your race plan and race preparation for an ‘A’ Race. Your ‘A’ Race is one of 2 or 3 races that your seasons training plan has been structured around so that you are peaking in your performance. Squatting is one of the most fundamental movements that is so understated in training. In the case of obstacle racing, squatting will affect your range of movement, strength, power and output.
