In addition to our popular group training sessions, we also recognise that some people prefer to opt for bespoke 1-2-1 sessions, which is why we offer Personal Training Sessions too.

With our Personal Training sessions, everything is about you and devising the right bespoke training plan, whatever your goal may be.

Personal 1-2-1 Training

  • Functional Natural Movement Training
  • Obstacle Course Training
  • Endurance Events & ultra racing

Your tailored ‘Personal Training’ includes:

  • ‘Whatever the weather’ training sessions
  • A choice of class times from Monday to Sunday
  • Training in Surrey Quays SE16, Canary Wharf E14, Ruislip Middlesex, Epping Forest Essex and Swinley Forest Berkshire…more details.
  • Or a forest of your choice subject to recee and location
  • 1.5 – 4 hour training sessions
  • 1 to 5 training session per week
