Barefoot and Natural Running – Specialist training to improve running technique or transition from heel strike running style to a natural mid-foot running gait. Learn how to use gravity to optimize your running pose. Plus experiment with running barefoot or using barefoot/minimalist shoes.
Wild camping – This includes shelter and camp building, fire lighting and foraging. We are talking about NO tents, NO cooking stoves and NO matches.
Foraging – Exploring the forests, woodlands and open countryside to forage an abundance of food and useful / survival resources.
