Note

Level 1 Trainees – As you develop your skills we will discuss with you as to whether you should move up to Level 2 advanced classes.

Level 2 Trainees – If you are unable to attend  a Sunday Class then you will be able to attend a Saturday Class which will cover all skill levels.

Gym

Cold Water & Cold Weather Training

From September to March you will be able to attend cold water training on Mondays after the running class.

You are expected to fully participate in all aspect to your 8 week challenge as laid out with the details on the 8 week challenge page of the website/document.  This includes attending a minimum of 4 classes per week and following the nutritional guidance as well as all recommendations given during the challenge by verbal instruction or in written form. Should you not achieve your goal and have fulfilled all the requirements stated within the guarantee then you shall be entitled to a full refund or an extension to your 8 weeks challenge.
