1 mile run, 10-30 burpees
1 mile run, 5-15 pull-ups
1 mile run, 10-30 burpees

50 burpees

1 mile run, 50-100 body weight squats
1 mile run, 50-100 lunges
1 mile run, 50-100 body weight squats

Be sure to start with a good warm-up and cool-down.
